Photo products will be delivered within 24 hours of the conclusion of the shoot.
Video products and virtually staged photos will be delivered within 48 hours of the conclusion of the shoot.
There is no charge for any rescheduled or cancelled appointments when notified at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If 2 hours notification is not able to be given, a $30 charge will be incurred. If we arrive at appointment location, and it is not accessible or it is not photo ready, a $45 charge will be incurred.
